Koi Henna by RedPandaHenna Koi Henna by RedPandaHenna
This was a koi fish I just was playing around with...trying to play around with that awesome old school Japanese tattoo style. I did some smearing of the henna there in the tail to get a shade there when the paste came off. This gave a great stain, it was fun to have a forearm "tattoo" for a while! :D

I really like this! I'd probably get it on my stomach or something. xD

I think for a tattoo that area would be good for Koi, maybe on the side even...though I hear getting tattoos on the ribcage can hurt! As for henna, henna on stomachs can be really cool! Thank you!

No prob. I've never had henna on me, but I'd think I'd like it a lot. All my friends have gotten it, but I'm deprived. xD We have a market that runs every Saturday and some booths have people that put henna on people, I'd like to try that sometime.

Definitely give it a try, its really fun! If you go to the booth, make sure you ask them what is in their paste. Henna paste really only needs lemon juice, sugar, and an essential oil like lavender or tea tree...if they have anything else I'd be curious! Also, there is no such thing as black henna...if they say anything about that run away! (sorry to totally freak out about this, its just I take my henna very seriously!)

it's okay, it's like anything a person does.

Why stay away from black henna?

People add dangerous chemicals and dyes to their "henna" mix (sometimes they dont even use any henna) to make it darker...and it can be really bad for you. So just watch out, always ask about the ingredients!
